The Prospect List provides ready-made company databases, custom prospect-list research, and public or private company profile research. This policy applies to the website at theprospectlist.com and explains how information is handled when you visit the site, contact us, create an account, or make a purchase.
2. Information you provide
We may receive information that you submit during checkout, through an account, by email, or through WhatsApp. This can include your name, business name, billing or delivery address, email address, telephone number, order details, payment reference, and the content of a support or custom-research request.
Do not send card numbers, online-banking passwords, one-time passwords, identity documents, or other credentials through ordinary email or WhatsApp. Razorpay transactions are processed by Razorpay; we do not need your complete card details to deliver an order.
3. Information collected automatically
When you browse the website, our hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and ecommerce systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, approximate region, referral source, cookie identifiers, and timestamps. This information supports security, troubleshooting, measurement, and site improvement.
