These terms explain the use of The Prospect List website, company databases, research reports and request services. Please read the relevant offering before submitting a request or purchasing a file.
Our services
The Prospect List provides ready-made company lists, custom prospect-list research, Company Reports, SWOT reports, Country Profiles and strategic research using available public information. Each offering describes its scope, format, price where applicable, and delivery method. A report request is subject to the availability of sufficient public information.
Requests and delivery
Provide accurate contact details and identify the company or country and the research scope. Company Reports, SWOT reports and Country Profiles each cost US$6 and are delivered by email within 1 working day after payment is verified, as described on their request pages. Custom research follows the timeline agreed for that request. If information is insufficient or clarification is needed, contact support to discuss the request.
Report prices and payments
Review the displayed price and checkout currency before payment. Company Reports, SWOT reports and Country Profiles require payment of US$6 per report, or the displayed equivalent in a supported checkout currency. These are fixed-price purchases, not optional contributions. At checkout, select a supported currency and review the total. The INR amount and other local-currency totals are converted equivalents, not fixed amounts; rates and rounding can change. Razorpay processes payments using the methods available for the selected currency, country and card. Your bank may apply fees. Delivery following a paid transaction requires successful payment verification.
Research process and scope
Research uses public-domain information, trusted sources and government publications, with GPT assistance and manual checks. A researcher reviews the final report, sources and information gaps before delivery. Company and country information may be incomplete or change over time. A report supports research and planning and does not guarantee an outcome.
Free resources
The three listed U.S. company workbooks and downloadable company/SWOT sample PDFs remain free. Ordering a custom research report is a separate paid service.
Downloads and support
Paid spreadsheet downloads are provided after verified payment according to the selected listing. Keep your receipt and payment reference. If a download or email fails, contact support@theprospectlist.com with the order reference. Do not send passwords, full card details or one-time codes.
Permitted use
Use company information for lawful research and business activity. Follow applicable privacy, marketing and communications rules. A listed email address does not establish consent to marketing. Do not use the service for spam, harassment, fraud or unlawful profiling. Redistribution or resale requires written permission unless the offering expressly allows it.
Research limitations
Public information can be incomplete or change after collection. Reports identify available information and relevant sources; visitors should independently confirm time-sensitive facts before relying on them. Research and SWOT findings support decisions and do not guarantee commercial outcomes or replace professional advice.
Refunds and related policies
See our Refund Policy for refund requests, Data Usage Policy for database use, and Privacy Policy for how information is handled. Nothing on this page removes rights that applicable law gives you.
Corrections and changes
Send factual corrections with the relevant page or company and a supporting source. These terms may be updated as services change; the date above identifies this version. Material terms for a custom project should be confirmed in the project agreement.
