What determines the price?
Ready-made databases have a published one-time price because the market, record count, fields, and format are already defined. Company-profile pricing reflects a single custom research brief. A custom prospect list requires an individual quotation because the research effort changes with geography, industry complexity, record volume, field requirements, and the availability of reliable public information.
Compare scope, not only record count
A larger database is not automatically more useful. A focused list with the correct industry definition and relevant fields may create more value than a broader file containing companies outside your target market. Review the description of each list and confirm that its fields support your intended research or outreach workflow.
Currency display and payment-provider charges
Where supported, prices are displayed in the visitor’s local currency for convenient comparison. Exchange rates can change, and the final amount charged may be affected by the customer’s bank, card issuer, Razorpay, or other applicable payment provider. Check the amount and currency in the secure checkout before confirming payment.
Delivery and support
Check the selected offering for delivery details. Clothing boutique and kitchen cookware workbooks are downloadable after successful payment. Contact support@theprospectlist.com if you need help with a paid download. Custom work begins only after the scope, price, and estimated delivery time are agreed. If you are uncertain which service applies, explain the market, fields, and output you need.
Because databases and research briefs are digital products, refund requests are reviewed under the published Refund Policy. Product limitations and responsible-use requirements are explained in our Data Usage Policy and Disclaimer.
